Minor Surgery

This is surgery performed under local anaesthetic. Minor skin surgery includes a simple biopsy of a suspicious skin lesion, removal of moles, lumps or cysts and ingrown toenails, to removal of skin cancers using more complicated procedures such as flap reconstructions or skin grafts.

Surgitron - Suture less Surgery

This is the use of high frequency radio waves to remove a very thin layer of skin. It is perfect for skin tags or small skin lesions as takes only a few minutes to remove the lesions, no sutures are required and the site of the lesion does not tend to scar. At higher settings it is a very effective way of removing warts.
