Online bookings are available for non-urgent complete skin checks and mole mapping visits. If you have a mole or lesion that concerns you, please call us as an urgent appointment may be arranged.
Online bookings are available 6 weeks in advance and appointments are added weekly.
The complete skin check and mole mapping visit costs $245 or $195 for SuperGold card holders. Payment can be made by either credit card or PayPal.
If you have Southern Cross Insurance, the balance will be calculated prior to your appointment and can be paid on the day of your appointment.
Refunds are available if you no longer need your appointment. (Please read our cancellation policy below for peace of mind).
Please check your email 'Junk Folder' if your email confirmation has not arrived within ten minutes of making your booking.

If you are unable to make your appointment you can rebook online. A link to do this is provided in your confirmation email.
You cannot rebook on line within 24 hours of your appointment time so if you find yourself in this position, please call or email us, and we will find you another appointment that suits.
If you no longer need your appointment (or unexpected circumstances mean you will not be able to keep your appointment) a refund will be provided. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible, so someone else can take your appointment time.
In the case of unattended appointments (that is, when you simply don't turn up) no refund will be provided.
